Is Your Insurance not on our list or Out of Network?
If you are asking questions then there is nothing to worry about!
If you are not on an Insurance Plan that we are not contracted with, that insurance coverage will be considered “Out of Network.” Many Insurance/PPO Plans offer “Out of Network Provider” Benefits and tend to reimburse between 10%-60% of our Private Pay Fees. To help with accessibility to care, we can provide you with a paper “super bill” after each visit that you can submit to your insurance company for a qualified reimbursement.

If your in-network plans are included in these then we are good to go. Each insurance plan benefits are different and pricing may vary. Our services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plans that are provided to you.
Orange Coast Psychiatry and its providers are considered “In-Network” with these insurance organizations.
Private Pay
We offer competitive private pay or self-pay options for individuals seeking services not using their insurance benefits that are dependent on the services and are subject to Orange Coast Psychiatry service bills.

Additional Fees for Miscellaneous Services
Additional fees for phone calls, letters, email, reports, etc. will be charged and determined on a time for service basis for established clients. Please feel free to inquire about fees.
Notice about In-Patients and Out-Patient Services
The fees for all our in-patients services and out-patient services differ. In-patient services are those that are done at our treatment center such as if you are taking psychotherapy at the center itself, which is different from those, which are out-patient services. Out-patient services are those that are essentially not done at the treatment centers and there is no overnight stay. Telehealth psychiatry is an example of out-patient services. The nature of how in-patient and out-patient services are done formulates the differences in fees and therefore the differences in insurance coverage!
